The main Egyptian luxury hotels
At the top of the list is the “Marriott Cairo”

hotel. It is a former palace of Empress Eugenie built in 1869 and which was subsequently transformed into a luxury residence most popular with tourists. This establishment was even the subject of an article in the Conde Nast Travel magazine. The text states that this hotel is one of the 700 most beautiful places on earth.

Secondly, you have the “Old Cataract” in Aswan,

which is one of the first British hotels built on Egyptian soil in 1902. It pleasantly offers a very panoramic view of the Nile from its magnificent terrace.

There is also the “Jolie Ville”

hotel under the Mövenpick brand. This one is located in Luxor, and is built on a small island in the Nile. Mövenpick also opened a new 5-star resort in Taba, the main Red Sea resort, in 2006.

And finally, you also have the “village of El Gouna”

which was built by a wealthy Egyptian. It is also one of the most chic resorts in Egypt.
